Offering an array of services, our support is wide-reaching as we are able to accommodate any type of organization. We build customized packages based on need. Ideally, we look for leaders who have a high willingness to develop and are hungry to make a profound impact with all of their stakeholders. Often known as “detox” coaches, we will help you get to the root cause of what may be impeding your progress as a leader or the development of your organization as a whole.

After an initial consultation and a formal needs assessment, we’ll help you choose whether consulting, coaching or advisory services (or a combination of all three) would best meet the unique needs of your organization.

What’s the difference between the three? After a consultation and comprehensive analysis of the needs of your organization, we’ll determine which one will be the right fit for you.

Consultation: After the initial consultation and needs assessment, you’ll receive guidance and support from an expert that will help you lay the groundwork by making recommendations, as well as guide your thinking to achieve outcomes. Think of this as more of a thought-partner.

Coaching: After the consultation and needs assessment, you’ll receive intensive, personalized, 1:1 support. Our coaching will be both rewarding and challenging, as we help you develop your skillset.

Advisory: After the consultation, we’ll advise you on best next steps to take to achieve your outcomes. This option does not include a needs assessment or support after an initial advisory plan.

 
 

Leadership development

At Building Blocks of Love, we believe that the role of the “leader” is very sacred. For people that choose to accept the calling of this position, it is a decision that should not be taken lightly as it is often described as a role that leads to isolation. Our leadership development services provides leaders with the opportunity to have a “second set of eyes” who can point out the blindspots that may never be found by people who are leading in the weeds. We understand that it can be difficult to determine your impact as a leader if you don’t have a trusted group of people around you who are willing to give you unsolicited feedback about your performance.
